- Documented purchasing decisions appropriate to the value and risk.
- Conflict-of-interest disclosure and avoidance of improper personal benefit.
- Safeguarding, ethical conduct and legal compliance in vendor relationships.
- Preference for reliable suppliers and responsible delivery practices.
- Appropriate approval before committing organizational funds.
- Retention of invoices, receipts, agreements and supporting records.
Donor-Funded Procurement
Where a grant or contract imposes stricter procurement requirements, ACSIS should follow the applicable award terms in addition to organizational procedures.
